I find it just a little odd that I can't find any evidence of this book existing anywhere online. If it wasn't on my Kindle I wouldn't even be able to grab a screenshot of it. It's not even listed on Goodreads or Amazon (which is where I got this originally). On the other hand, given how poorly written most of these stories are, I shouldn't be too surprised.
Take, for instance, this paragraph:
Mom looks are her nicely tanned arms, "The thing about watching someone recover is that we both sat outside next to the pool without my bikini. Too dreary to be inside. I got an awesome tan." She giggles. "The look on your face was priceless." On the way in, we see Stacy leaving. I saw that you two ... got it on. She was a guided missile to you and obviously had feelings for you. That made her interesting. Eva invited her to breakfast today. [sic]
Quite often I wondered if the author was perhaps not a native English speaker (writer). For example: "Rachel was only 18. She had the buildings of her sister, though." What English speaker would say "She had the buildings of her sister"? And, while maybe more a sign of poor literacy than anything else, the author writes "...the ruff part of town..." and "Steven been down..." (for 'bend' down) and "...why he ate her..." for 'while' he ate her.
There are punctuation errors galore and similarly incorrect words throughout the book ("a lion's got to have his MAIN?" Seriously?).
I realize that it's 'only' erotica and self-published, most likely without any beta readers or editing, but the volume of errors actually made this difficult to read.
And yet.... Somehow there was one story (Story 8 ... none of the stories are given titles) that was quite good! It almost felt as though it was written by someone else. More than once I searched the book to see if the stories had different authors because even the poorly written stories had different kinds of errors.
This is sadly not recommended, even for fans of this particular genre of erotica.
