It's common practice for the police to use rookies for undercover operations and this book begins with young female officer, Kathy Harper, waiting for a gang of rapists. Her inexperience almost gets her in trouble, but fortunately a fellow officer was watching, hidden, and able to help her out. That officer, Dave Halloran, an old friend of Kathy's father (Sam Harper), tells Kathy she's not cut out for police work. Kathy doesn't deny it, but she's determined to seek vengeance for her father whose career was cut short by criminal Martin Buford.
Kathy's attempts to take Buford down backfire and she becomes a sex slave to Buford and his cronies. Although she knows that her life will likely be forfeit once the gang are tired of her, Kathy finds her situation to be a real conundrum - she hates being captive and abused this way, but the sex is turning her on something fierce! She wants it to continue but she'll never let on - especially to Buford.
This book was definitely much more sex oriented than some of the previous books I've reviewed. The 'plot' of being a young police woman was nothing more than a device to get her into some submissive sex. Well, not just 'some' but a lot.
If you're into S&M or female submissive sex then this might be the book for you. I found it to be pretty much a one-note sex novel which got kind of boring.
