DRAGON'S DO IT DIRTIER - Gemma Cates

Taylor is an attractive woman, a bookkeeper by trade, on the prowl just to get laid and satisfy some urges after discovering her ex-fiancé cheating on her. Bain is the really hot whiskey maker who isn't looking for anything serious, just some fun. Bain also happens to be a dragon, currently in his shifting persona as a hunky man.

Taylor would like nothing more than to have Bain inside of her. But Bain, being a gentleman (albeit a horny one), won't take advantage of the drunken Taylor. But she wants to be taken advantage of!

Bain doesn't understand why he's so drawn to Taylor (Taylor knows why she's drawn to Bain - he's hot!) but slowly, after they finally consummate their lust, he realizes that she can see and smell things about him - his dragon-ness - that no human should be able to see or smell. Unless, of course, they are bound to one another. 

Bain protects Taylor from some rats who disrupt her work (and really ... supernatural shifter rats) and in the process, Taylor is fully aware of who and what Bain is.  But it's all okay because, well, he's super hot and good and bed and she's pre-destined to be his mate.

There's a lot of great writing here. The sex is great. The story is just involved enough to make it worth reading.

My only complaint is that early on Taylor whines and whines and whines about not getting laid and how she REALLY wants this guy Bain but he keeps turning her away. It's a little over the top. We probably could have gotten rid of two of these moments and still completely gotten the sense of how much she wanted him and how he was too nice to take advantage of her. Other than that, though ... super hot. I'm going to look for more in this series.
